Clinical Partner/Certified Nursing

Assistant- 12 Hours Full Time, Regular, Day shift.

Education: High school diploma or GED required

License/Permit:

• A minimum of one (1) year previous experience as a
  . Licensed CNA in an acute care facility or
  long-term-care hospital facility.
  . American Heart Association Basic Life
  Support (BLS) Certification required or
  willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Participates in the implementation of patient care and contributes to the plan under the supervision of the RN.
